My CS2 does not work. +
Follow the steps to check the problem out and solve it.
  • a) Check the wiring, make sure every connection is well connected.
  • b) Check the car charger light, it should be on. If not, the charger might be broken, email our customer service team.
  • c) Check whether the screen light is on and shows logo, if not, email our customer service team.
  • d) Check the numbers of versions shown on screen, it should be two.
  • e) If there is only one version on screen, re-connect your device.
If the problem persists, please contact AUTO-VOX customer service team by email. It would be better if you wrote the order number (from Amazon/Ebay/Website) in your email, so that we can handle the problem much more quickly.
There is a delay in the picture/My CS2 works intermittently. +
You can check the length of your vehicle, it should be within 7 meters. If it is longer than 7 meters, email AUTO-VOX customer service team.

You can also check the installation place of the camera. Make sure the distance between screen and camera should be less than 5 meters. You can’t put the camera in a sealed/metal place. After that, reconnect the device and try again.
